Once again Susan G Komen's Orange County affiliate has joined forces with Lucent Ads to promote the "Race for the Cure" event.
The event is on Sunday, September 23rd in Newport Beach, California.
One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. The greatest risk factors for breast cancer are being female and growing older. Oftentimes, the biggest barriers to receiving health care can be lack of resources.
The funds raised at the Race help us serve women and save lives!Funds raised at the Komen Orange County Race for the Cure help support local breast health outreach, screening coordination, mammography for women in need and treatment services to underserved women in the community. 25% of the funds raised go directly into the Komen Global Research Fund to energize science to find the cure.

As the Susan G Komen's official delivery service Norco Delivery Services will utilize its existing fleet of vans to promote the race while performing their daily activities.
